The housing and handle are made of high-quality stainless steel, so they are easy to clean. This also applies to cast iron fluted baking sheets. Before you start cleaning, turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet. Once the plates have cooled, but are still hot, you can clean them with the supplied cleaning brush and some warm water. Do not use scouring pads or aggressive cleaning agents so as not to damage the plates. After cleaning, dry the contact grid with a soft cloth. Thanks to the rubber feet, the contact grid stays firmly in place.
