Cleaning is very easy thanks to the stainless steel housing and handle. You can clean them with a damp cloth and warm water. The cast iron grill plates can be cleaned with the cleaning brush that is included. Before doing so, make sure that the appliance is turned off and the plug is unplugged from the power outlet. Once the plates have cooled, but are still warm to the touch, remove any food debris with the brush. Do not use harsh cleaning products or scouring pads. Dry the plates with a soft cloth. The rubber feet on which the contact grille rests ensure good stability of the device.
