This professional shawarma grill is easy to clean. The casing, skewer and meat plate are made of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. However, it is important that you allow the appliance to cool down and unplug it from the electrical outlet before you start cleaning it. The separate parts can also be put in the dishwasher. Dry all parts again with a soft cloth.
