In addition, stainless steel has the advantage of being very durable and scratch-resistant, which helps to minimise the spread of bacteria. The prep fridge can be cleaned using a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe everything dry with a soft, dry cloth.
