To ensure optimal cleaning, it is recommended to clean the inside of the popcorn kettle while it is still hot. After making the last batch of popcorn, fill the bowl with a cup of clean water and let it sit for a few minutes. Turn off all buttons on the machine. Carefully empty the water from the popcorn kettle into a bowl, unscrew the container, and remove it from the machine. Fill the pot with hot water and detergent, letting it soak for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, remove all loose parts from the popcorn machine.
Thoroughly wipe the inside and outside of the machine with a slightly damp cloth. Next, carefully clean the popcorn tray and place it back in the machine. Remember that loose parts should be cleaned by hand, as they are not dishwasher safe, and dried thoroughly. Once cleaned, put them back in the machine.
