The tabletop display case is suitable for presenting tapas, but also for keeping sushi dishes and fish products cool. This professional tapas showcase can be used in combination with either 8 x 1/3 GN containers, or 5 x 1/2 GN containers. It comes supplied with 5 x 1/2 GN containers, ready to use.

The contents of a tabletop display case are constantly changing and, because it has a prominent position in your catering establishment, it's important to keep it clean. Not only does it look better when the glass display is sparkling clear, but's also hygienic to wash it regularly. Luckily, this is an effortless task to perform and requires very little effort. First, clean the inside with a warm, damp cloth and a bit of mild detergent. Try to use very little water on the inside to prevent condensation and ice from forming later in the display case. You can also clean the exterior and the glass window in the same way. The GN containers are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
